1 cup strained raw pumpkin meat or 1 cup strained carrot juice (about 8 large carrots)

  • 1 cup raw unsweetened pumpkin seed milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup ice or more to your preference
  • ¼ cup raw almond butter
  • ½ tsp natural alcohol free vanilla extract
  • ¾ tsp of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch of ground ginger
  • 3 tbs raw honey (or 1/2 cup pitted dates)
  1. Place all ingredients in your Vitamix or nutribullet and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Makes two 16-ounce glasses.
