I can testify to this from my own personal experience. Though getting enough water is one of my biggest challenges (I’d so much prefer Diet Coke, Arizone Diet Peach Tea or Diet Root Beer!), it’s something that will absolutely lock up your weight loss efforts when neglected! DON’T SKIMP ON THE WATER!
